Use this as a cheat sheet...we don't mind

  • BOGO or B1G1 - Buy One, Get One Free
  • Blinkie - Coupons that are dispensed from a box that has a red, blinking light.
  • Tearpad - A pad of manufacturer coupons.
  • Peelie - A coupon that is stuck (by adhesive) to an item
  • Catalina or CAT- Coupons that print out from small machines near a store's register.
  • DG - Dollar General
  • DT - Dollar Tree
  • Insert - Coupon circulars that come in Sunday paper. Some come in the regular mail with other correspondence.
  • FD - Family Dollar
  • P&G or PNG - Proctor & Gamble
  • PQ - Printable Coupon
  • Q - Coupon
  • DQ or Digi Q -Digital Coupon
  • Extra Bucks or EB - A CVS rewards program
  • Survey Code - A code generated at the bottom of a receipt. At stores like Dollar General, these surveys can be used to get a $3 off $15 coupon
  • Exp - Exprires
  • MC or MFR Q - Manufaturer's coupon
  • Raincheck - A slip used to purchase items that were previously sold out
  • Rebate - When a consumer purchases an item that offers a rebate, they will get a partial or full payment after they've purchased the item
  • Ibotta - A rebate program that gives cash back for purchasing certain items
  • RP - Red Plum
  • SS - Smart Source
  • Stacking - Using to coupons or promotions together. Many stores allow customers to use a printable coupon, digital coupon, or paper coupon in addition to their stores coupon
  • WAGS - Walgreens
  • WYB - When you buy
